We are looking for a Fleet Manager to join our team at Zippee in Sarjapur, Bangalore. The candidate must be an energetic and qualified Fleet Manager to join our Quick Commerce Operations team across Bangalore. Roles & Responsibilities:

• Sourcing & Managing Delivery Riders Vendors: Sourcing riders via personal and vendor network, training, tracking performance, and handling grievances/issues.

• Team Management: Reducing rider turnover and meeting delivery SLA goals.

• Handling Issues: Volume increases, rider payments, and customer complaints in real-time.

• MIS/Data Management: Preparing data using MS Excel and Google Sheets.

• End-to-end fleet operations for Delivery Executives / Riders

• Daily fleet availability, utilization & productivity tracking

• Rider onboarding, engagement, and retention initiatives

• Shift planning, attendance, and supply-demand balancing

• SLA adherence — delivery timelines, reliability & efficiency

Qualifications:

• 2 - 6 years of Operations/Last-Mile experience at Quick Commerce/courier/logistics companies.

• Education: Graduate and above

• Team management, stakeholder management, & independent decision-making experience are a must.

• Must have an owner's mindset. We are looking for owners, not employees.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 2 - 6 years of experience.
