Job Title: Supply Executive

Job Summary:

The Supply Executive is responsible for managing vehicle sourcing, coordinating with drivers/owners, ensuring timely vehicle placement, and maintaining smooth supply operations. The role requires strong networking skills, vendor management abilities, and coordination with internal teams to meet operational targets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and manage vehicles (FTL / LC / local requirements) as per business demand 🚛

• Maintain and expand drivers /vehicle owner network

• Coordinate with drivers and transport partners for timely dispatch

• Ensure vehicle availability across assigned regions (Pan India if required)

• Negotiate rates and maintain cost efficiency 💼

• Maintain daily reports

• Resolve operational issues quickly and effectively

• Work closely with operations and sales teams

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Experience in logistics / supply chain / transportation preferred

• Good knowledge of vehicle market and regional transport network

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting tools

• Immediate joiners preferred
