About the Role:

We are looking for a proactive and disciplined On-Ground Fleet Manager to manage day-to-day auto-rickshaw operations at our Gantavyam Pods. This role is critical to ensuring uninterrupted vehicle availability, driver onboarding, queue discipline, and smooth last-mile services.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Driver Onboarding & Verification

• Onboard verified auto-rickshaw drivers through pre-defined procedure if any driver approaches.

• Ensure every driver’s documents (DL, RC, PSV, Badge, Police Verification) are checked and updated.

• Assist drivers in installing the Gantavyam mobile app and explain operational SOPs.

2. On-Ground Fleet Management

• Maintain a real-time queue of autos near the Pod.

• Ensure continuous supply of verified autos during peak & off-peak hours.

• Immediately allocate autos to passengers based on booking requests.

• Maintain queue rotation and fairness among drivers.

3. Pod Operations Support

• Coordinate with the Pod Operator & Central Control Room.

• Report any shortages, operational issues, or emergencies in real time.

• Assist passengers when required, especially during evening/night hours.

4. Discipline & Compliance

• Ensure all autos follow meter-based trip rules, safety protocols, and assigned routes.

• Take swift action in case of driver misconduct, conflict, or violation of SOPs.

5. Reporting & Documentation

• Driver feedback

• Passengers Feedback.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Strong communication skills in Hindi; basic English preferred.

• Ability to manage groups of drivers confidently.

• Should be comfortable working at metro stations.

• Basic smartphone/app knowledge.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 0 - 6 months of experience.
