Fleet Coach

We are looking for a Fleet Coach to join our team at Zippee in Begur, Bangalore. We are looking for a high-energy, results-driven Fleet Coach to spearhead our delivery partner recruitment efforts. In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling our fleet of delivery partners to ensure seamless, ultra-fast fulfilment for our quick commerce operations. You will lead a team of recruiters to identify, attract, and onboard reliable riders in high-demand zones, ensuring we meet the rapid scaling requirements of a fast-paced delivery environment.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end fleet operations and delivery riders.

• Track daily fleet availability, utilisation, and productivity.

• Handle rider onboarding, engagement, retention, and grievances.

• Manage shifts, attendance, and supply-demand planning.

• Ensure delivery SLA, efficiency, and reliability.

• Handle rider payments and customer-related issues.

• Prepare MIS reports using Excel and Google Sheets.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of experience in Last-Mile/Quick Commerce/Logistics Operations.

Graduate and above.

• Strong team & stakeholder management skills.

• Good decision-making and ownership mindset.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 2 - 4 years of experience.
