Key Responsibilities
Active Sourcing & Networking: Visit local labor markets, community centers, and events to identify candidates.
High-Volume Hiring: Manage end-to-end recruitment for bulk hiring needs.
Screening and Interviews: Conduct onsite, in-person interviews and assess candidate qualifications

Onboarding Support: Facilitate documentation, background checks, and initial onboarding.
Candidate Engagement: Build relationships and maintain a positive candidate experience.
Relationship Management: Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs.
Reporting: Maintain accurate records of hiring metrics and daily recruitment activity.
