Factory Supervisor

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervise daily factory and production operations.

• Monitor manpower and assign work to employees effectively.

• Ensure compliance with GMP, safety, and hygiene procedures.

• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, and Stores departments for smooth operations.

• Monitor machine performance and report any breakdowns or maintenance issues.

• Maintain production records, reports, and related documentation accurately.

• Ensure workplace discipline, teamwork, and productivity among employees.

Required Skills

• Strong supervising and team-handling skills.

• Good knowledge of quality standards and safety procedures.

• Effective management coordination skills.

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

• Good communication skills.

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email, Reports, etc.).

Qualification

• Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.

• Experience in manufacturing or production industry preferred.

Preferred for Pharma Industry

• Knowledge of GMP practices.

• Experience in documentation handling.

• Audit support experience preferred.

• Knowledge of cleanroom and hygiene procedures.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 2 - 6+ years Experience.
