We are hiring Site Supervisors for our factory/site locations in Bangalore and Punjab.

📍 Location: Bangalore & Punjab

🏍️ Requirement: Local candidates only + Two-wheeler mandatory

💰 Salary: ₹22,000 per month

🕙 Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM

🏭 Work Type: Site-based / Factory-based

Job Responsibilities:

✅ One specific factory/site will be assigned

✅ Visit and work at the same assigned site every day

✅ Monitor and ensure smooth production activities

✅ Supervise workers and overall site operations

✅ Manage day-to-day activities at the site

✅ Ensure proper coordination and smooth workflow

✅ Monitor company devices installed at the assigned site

Candidate Requirements:

🔹 Must be a local candidate from Bangalore or Punjab

🔹 Must have a two-wheeler

🔹 Comfortable with daily site visits and supervision work

🔹 Responsible and capable of handling workers and operations

🔹 Comfortable with working hours: 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM

🔹 Genuine interest in a long-term site-based role

📌 Total Requirement: Approximately 4–5 Site Supervisors across Bangalore and Punjab.
