Paras MotoCorp India Pvt. Ltd. mein Production Supervisor ki requirement hai. Candidate ko factory production activities, manpower handling aur daily production planning ka practical experience hona chahiye.

Job Responsibilities

• Daily production activities ko supervise karna

• Workers ki attendance aur discipline maintain karna

• Production target achieve karwana

• Production quality aur productivity monitor karna

• Machine operators aur workers ke saath coordination karna

• Daily production report prepare karna

• Material utilization aur wastage control karna

• Safety rules aur factory guidelines follow karwana

• Production issues identify karke timely solution provide karna

• Factory Manager ko daily updates dena
