We are looking for a Factory Supervisor to join our team at at Metal-9 Fabrication Works. This role involves managing storage, packing, inventory, and distribution of goods in the Factory. You will play an important part in the supply chain team. The position offers ₹15000 - ₹18000 and opportunities to grow in your career.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pack and dispatch orders while keeping stock records up-to-date.

• Store goods properly in the warehouse and ensure all items are labeled correctly.

• Check the quality of goods before dispatch.

• Train workers to handle materials safely, including hazardous items.

• Monitor and update inventory regularly.

• asign work to staff

• supervise the staff

• site vists may be occational to check material dispatched to site.

• plan the jobs so that work wont be affected, stick to deadlines.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 1 - 3 years of experience. experience in modular factory is prefered. Other requirements include attention to detail, organizing skills, and managing time. Basic computer knowledge for inventory tracking is a plus.
