Position: Factory Supervisor

Experience: 2–5 years preferred

Salary: ₹20,000–₹40,000/month (depending on experience)

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise daily factory operations and manpower.

Monitor fabrication, welding, polishing, assembly, and dispatch activities.

Ensure production targets are achieved on time.

Maintain quality standards for stainless steel kitchen equipment.

Coordinate with store, purchase, and production teams.

Ensure workplace safety and discipline.

Report daily production status to management.

Requirements:

Experience in fabrication, manufacturing, sheet metal, or kitchen equipment industry preferred.

Ability to manage workers and production schedules.

Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.

Strong communication and leadership skills.
