Job Title: Factory Supervisor
Location: Tanawra, Jodhpur, Rajasthan
Job Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily factory operations and manage workers.
- Monitor production, product quality, and timely completion of work.
- Coordinate with workers and management to ensure smooth operations.
- Freshers with leadership skills are welcome; training will be provided.
Training & Salary: The first month will be a training period with a comparatively lower salary. Based on satisfactory performance, the full committed salary will be provided from the second month onward.
