🕘 Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM

🎓 Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / B.Tech Mechanical

💼 Experience: Minimum 2 years in manufacturing

About the Company:

A growing engineering & manufacturing company engaged in rubber-to-metal bonded components, engineered rubber products, hose assemblies, railway and industrial components.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily production & achieve targets

• Manage manpower, machines, materials & workflow

• Monitor production, quality, rejection & wastage

• Handle operators and production workers

• Coordinate with Quality, Maintenance, Stores & Dispatch

• Maintain production reports and records

• Ensure safety, discipline & housekeeping

⭐ Preferred: Experience in rubber, engineering, railway, automotive or similar manufacturing. Basic MS Excel and good team-handling skills required.
