We are hiring a Factory Supervisor to oversee the day-to-day operations of our factory and ensure that work is carried out efficiently, safely, and in a disciplined manner. The ideal candidate must be stern, steady, and authoritative in managing labourers while maintaining professionalism and fairness.The candidate should be honest, duty-bound, punctual, and capable of taking full responsibility for the smooth functioning of the factory floor. We are looking for someone who is committed to maintaining discipline, ensuring productivity, and completing assigned tasks without constant supervision.
Key Responsibilities :
Supervise and manage factory labourers and daily factory operations.
Maintain strict discipline and ensure workers follow company rules and safety procedures.
Assign work to labourers and monitor productivity throughout the day.
Ensure all assigned tasks are completed within deadlines.
Report daily work progress, labour attendance, and operational issues to management.
Monitor cleanliness, organization, and safety of the factory premises.
Handle labour-related issues firmly, professionally, and fairly.
Coordinate loading, unloading, material movement, and general factory activities.
Ensure company property, machinery, and materials are handled responsibly.
Be available to take ownership of additional responsibilities whenever required.
