Key Responsibilities

Supervise daily production activities and ensure timely completion of production schedules.
Manage operators, helpers, and machine technicians on the production floor.
Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team to reduce downtime.
Ensure compliance with quality standards and company specifications.
Maintain production records, shift reports, and inventory usage.
Implement and enforce workplace safety and housekeeping (5S) practices.
Train, guide, and evaluate production staff.
Monitor raw material consumption and reduce wastage.
Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments for smooth operations.
Identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.
Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory regulations.
