Key Responsibilities

• Supervise daily production activities and ensure timely completion of production schedules.

• Manage operators, helpers, and machine technicians on the production floor.

• Monitor machine performance and coordinate with the maintenance team to reduce downtime.

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and company specifications.

• Maintain production records, shift reports, and inventory usage.

• Implement and enforce workplace safety and housekeeping (5S) practices.

• Train, guide, and evaluate production staff.

• Monitor raw material consumption and reduce wastage.

• Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, and Warehouse departments for smooth operations.

• Identify process improvements to increase productivity and reduce manufacturing costs.

• Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory regulations.

Required Skills
