Responsible for all aspects of a manufacturing facility, from production scheduling and machinery maintenance to staff management and safety compliance.
Key Responsibilities:
Operations & Production: Manage daily operations, create production schedules (MPS), and meet quality standards.
Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, and supervise personnel, including managing shift schedules.
Efficiency & Cost: Implement Lean Manufacturing techniques, manage budgets, and minimize waste.
Safety & Compliance: Enforce health and safety regulations, maintaining a secure working environment.
Maintenance: Coordinate equipment repair and maintenance to prevent downtime.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in manufacturing management or supervisory roles.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, Microsoft Office, and production planning.
Soft Skills: Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Knowledge of SAP
