We are hiring Unskilled Labourers & Helpers for an industrial/manufacturing site in Oragadam, Tamil Nadu.

🔹 Job Details

Position: Unskilled Labour / Helper

Location: Oragadam, Tamil Nadu

Qualification: Minimum 10th Pass

Age Limit: Maximum 35 Years

Experience: Freshers can apply

Preferred Candidates: Migrant workers willing to relocate to Oragadam

💰 Salary & Earnings

• Gross CTC: ₹20,000 per month

• Take-home Salary: Approx. ₹15,000 per month

• Mandatory OT: 2 hours per day

• OT Earnings: Approx. ₹7,000–₹15,000 per month

• Expected Total Take-home: ₹22,000–₹30,000 per month, depending on OT

⏰ Working Hours

• Regular Duty: 8 hours per day

• Overtime: 2 hours mandatory

• Shift: Rotational

• 3 Shifts: Morning / Afternoon / Night

🏠 Accommodation & Food

✅ Accommodation provided by the company near the work location

✅ Food provided by the company according to the working shift

• 2 meals will be provided depending on the shift.

🚌 Transportation

Company transportation will be provided between the accommodation area and the work location only.

👷 Job Responsibilities

• Assist in general industrial and production activities

• Loading, unloading and material handling

• Support skilled workers and supervisors

• Maintain cleanliness and housekeeping at the workplace

• Follow safety instructions and company guidelines

• Perform other general duties assigned by the supervisor

📋 Eligibility

• Minimum 10th Pass certificate

• Maximum age: 35 years

• Physically fit and willing to perform industrial/helper work

• Willing to work in rotational shifts

• Willing to work mandatory overtime
