Compliance & Customs: Ensure compliance with customs regulations and country-specific trade laws.
Logistics Coordination: Coordinate with freight forwarders, carriers, shipping lines, and Customs House Agents (CHA) for bookings and timely dispatch.
Letter of Credit (L/C): Handle L/C documents and banking procedures to secure payment.
Shipment Tracking: Monitor shipment movement and provide updates to internal departments (Sales/Finance) and external clients.
