ఎక్స్పోర్ట్ కోఆర్డినేటర్

• Handle export shipment bookings with shipping lines.

• Prepare and submit Shipping Instructions (SI), Verified Gross Mass (VGM), and Form 13 documentation.

• Coordinate with Shipping Lines, Customers, Transporters, and Customs House Agents (CHA) to ensure smooth shipment execution.

• Prepare and verify Bill of Lading (BL) drafts.

• Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely documentation and cargo movement.

• Follow up with all stakeholders to ensure timely completion of export formalities.

• Candidates with primary experience in export operations are preferred. Basic knowledge of import documentation and processes will be an added advantage.

Required Skills:

• 1–2 years of experience in Logistics / Freight Forwarding.

• Hands-on experience in Export Documentation and Operations.

• Knowledge of SI, VGM, Form 13, and BL Draft preparation.

• Good coordination and communication skills.

• Ability to work with Shipping Lines, CHA, Transporters, and Customers.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 1 - 2 years of experience.
