An Export Merchandiser in the FMCG (Fast-Moving Consumer Goods) sector plays a key role in connecting a company’s products with international markets. The role involves planning, coordinating, and managing the complete export order cycle for overseas clients—ensuring the right product, right quantity, right quality, and timely delivery. Responsibilities cover order processing, supplier coordination, quality checks, export documentation, and logistics to meet global standards and buyer requirements.

Core Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary point of contact for international buyers and manage export orders end-to-end

• Coordinate with factories and suppliers for production planning, cost discussions, and timely procurement

• Monitor quality at various stages (sampling and production) as per buyer specifications

• Prepare and manage export documentation (invoice, packing list, etc.) and ensure regulatory compliance

• Coordinate with freight forwarders and shipping lines for smooth and on-time shipments

• Analyse sales data, market trends, and buyer feedback to support future planning

Key Skills Required:

• Strong communication and negotiation skills

• High attention to detail, especially in documentation and quality

• Basic understanding of international trade, logistics, and FMCG products

• Good coordination and problem-solving ability

Internship Details:

• Duration: 4 to 6 months

• Stipend: ₹6,000 to ₹8,000 per month + incentives, based on:

  • Working hours

  • Internship duration

  • Understanding of the job role and performance

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with Freshers.
