Job Role: Export Documentation Executive

Key Responsibilities:

Preparation of export documentation such as Invoice, Packing List, Shipping Bill, BL, Certificate of Origin etc.
Coordination with CHA, freight forwarders, shipping lines, and transporters.
Handling LC / non-LC export documentation.
Ensuring compliance with DGFT, Customs, and export regulations.
Tracking shipments and maintaining export records.
Coordination with internal departments for shipment dispatch.

Qualification:

Graduation (Any Stream)
Good knowledge of export documentation and shipping process

Preferred Skills:

Experience in export documentation for manufacturing/trading companies
Good communication and coordination skills
