Calendar & Schedule Management:
Masterfully manage the CEO's complex calendar, prioritizing appointments, scheduling meetings, and ensuring timely preparation for engagements.
Communication Hub:
Screen and direct calls, emails, and mail; draft, edit, and proofread correspondence and reports on behalf of the CEO.
Travel & Logistics:
Coordinate all domestic and international travel, including flights, accommodations, ground transport, and detailed itineraries.
Meeting & Event Coordination:
Arrange internal/external meetings, prepare agendas, compile briefing materials, take minutes, and support event planning.
Information Management:
Handle sensitive and confidential information with strict discretion; maintain organized filing systems and databases.
Stakeholder Liaison:
Serve as the primary point of contact between the CEO, board members, internal teams, and external partners.
Project Support:
Conduct research, compile data, and manage special projects as assigned by the CEO.
Proactive Support:
Anticipate needs, identify process improvements, and ensure the CEO has necessary background information for effective decision-making.
