Job Description: E-Commerce Executive

Experience: Minimum 1 Year
Duty Timing: 9:00 AM to 7:30 PM
Platforms: Amazon, Flipkart

Job Responsibilities

• Manage daily orders on Amazon and Flipkart.

• Process customer orders and ensure timely dispatch.

• Generate invoices, shipping labels, and order documents.

• Coordinate with the packing and dispatch teams.

• Track orders, shipments, cancellations, and returns.

• Manage product listings, stock updates, and inventory records.

• Handle order-related issues and marketplace notifications.

• Maintain daily order processing reports.

Required Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience in e-commerce operations.

• Practical knowledge of Amazon and Flipkart seller panels.

• Knowledge of order processing, invoicing, and shipping.

• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and computer operations.

• Good coordination, time management, and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage daily orders accurately and efficiently.

Candidate Requirements

• Experience in e-commerce order processing is preferred.

• Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented.

• Ability to work efficiently with the dispatch and warehouse teams.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 6 months - 1 years of experience.
