E-Commerce Executive

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented E-commerce Executive to join our team. In this role, you will manage and enhance our online sales channels, ensure smooth product listings, optimize content, and drive sales growth. You will oversee the daily operations of our e-commerce platforms, including inventory management, pricing, and order fulfillment.

• Product Listing: Ensuring accurate and timely listings of new products across various e-commerce platforms.

• Order Dispatching: Coordinating the dispatch process to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

• Order Tracking: Monitoring and tracking orders to ensure they reach customers on time.

• Customer Query Handling: Addressing and resolving customer inquiries promptly to ensure satisfaction.

• Product Detail Updates: Keeping product information current, including descriptions, prices, and availability.

The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and have prior experience with e-commerce platforms.
