Manage Distribution Desk Operations: Receive, sort, track, and distribute incoming/outgoing mail, courier shipments, office documents, and employee packages while maintaining accurate records.
Coordinate Facility Services: Act as the SPOC for facility-related requests by coordinating with housekeeping, security, pantry, maintenance, and vendors to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
Provide Employee Support: Assist employees with workplace services, access cards, meeting room coordination, office supplies, and resolve facility-related queries in a timely manner.
Maintain Assets & Inventory: Monitor office assets, stationery, pantry supplies, and consumables, ensuring timely replenishment and maintaining accurate inventory records.
Ensure Compliance & Reporting: Conduct regular workplace inspections, raise and track maintenance tickets, maintain operational reports, and ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and service level agreements (SLAs).
