We are hiring a Dispatcher / Logistics Coordinator to manage daily delivery operations and coordinate with drivers and customers.

Responsibilities:

• Assign daily tasks to drivers and field staff

• Track vehicle movement and delivery status

• Coordinate with drivers and customers for timely updates

• Handle incoming calls and service requests

• Maintain basic records in Excel and reports

• Resolve minor delivery issues and delays

• Work closely with internal teams for smooth operations

• Good communication (Hindi & Basic English)

• Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, Email)

• Coordination & multitasking ability

• Problem-solving attitude

• Willing to work in fast-paced environment
