Job Summary:
Manage end-to-end dispatch operations, including order compilation, FG coordination, vehicle planning, timely delivery, documentation, and logistics MIS.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare Compile Sheets from outlet/vendor indents and coordinate FG readiness with Production.
Plan daily dispatches based on POs, FG availability, vehicle capacity, and delivery timelines.
Coordinate vehicle allocation, route planning, loading, and outlet deliveries.
Ensure OTIF delivery, zero short-shipment, and accurate dispatches.
Verify PO, invoice, challan, e-way bill, and dispatch quantities before loading.
Ensure FIFO/FEFO, safe loading, proper packing, and damage/loss control.
Monitor vehicle utilization, fuel, turnaround time, and transportation costs.
Coordinate with Production, Warehouse, Outlets, Drivers, and Transporters.
Monitor transporter performance and reconcile transport bills and delivery records.
Manage returns, rejected/short material, crates/pallets, and reverse logistics.
Maintain daily Dispatch MIS, OTIF, cost, utilization, and reconciliation reports.
Ensure compliance with vehicle, driver, documentation, GST/e-way bill, and safety requirements.
