Position: Junior Store Executive
Department: Stores
Industry: Printing & Packaging – Mono Carton & Corrugation
Reporting To: Plant Head
Location: Bharuch GIDC
Experience: 2–5 Years
Qualification: Graduate / Diploma

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle day-to-day store activities including material receiving, storage and issuing.

• Receive and check raw materials, consumables and packaging materials as per documents.

• Maintain GRN, inward/outward and material issue records.

• Issue materials to the Production Department as per requirement.

• Maintain accurate stock records in ERP/system and Excel.

• Conduct regular physical stock checking and report discrepancies to the Plant Head.

• Ensure proper identification, stacking and storage of materials.

• Coordinate with Purchase, Production, PPIC and Accounts for store-related requirements.

• Maintain records of raw materials, consumables, spare parts and finished goods.

• Monitor stock levels and inform the Plant Head about shortages or urgent requirements.

• Ensure proper housekeeping and 5S in the store area.

• Follow company safety and quality procedures.

Required Skills:

• Basic knowledge of Store & Inventory Management.

• Basic MS Excel and ERP knowledge.

• Good numerical and record-keeping skills.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Willingness to work in a manufacturing/plant environment.

• Printing & Packaging industry experience will be preferred but not mandatory.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 1 - 5 years of experience.
