Position Summary

The Logistics & Dispatch Executive will be responsible for end-to-end dispatch coordination, transportation planning, shipment tracking, documentation, and delivery execution.

Key Responsibilities

·         Plan and coordinate daily dispatch activities.

·         Coordinate with transporters, courier partners, and logistics agencies.

·         Maintain real-time delivery tracking records and POD database.

·         Generate E-Way Bills, Delivery Challans, Packing Lists, and logistics documentation.

·         Act as SPOC for dispatch schedules and delivery commitments.

·         Coordinate with Store, Production, Procurement, Accounts, and BD teams.

·         Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly logistics MIS reports.

Educational Qualification

·         Graduate in any discipline

·         B.Com / BBA / Supply Chain Management preferred

·         2–5 Years for Executive level

·         5–8 Years for Senior Executive level

·         POD Collection 100%

·         Documentation Accuracy 100%

·         Delivery Tracking Accuracy ≥98%
