2. Ship Position Updates

3. Routing Records Updates

4. Circulation List Updates

5. Flyers Formats Updates (Ship, Cargo, News & Events)

6. Cargo Analysis

7. Ship Analysis

8. Clients Analysis

9. Updates and Records Analysis

10. Post Fixture Coordination

11. Inter-Departmental Coordination

12. Post Fixture Documentation, Execution & Records

13. Ground Duty

14. Fixing vessels on voyage charter and time charter

15. Negotiating freight rates / hire, laycan, demurrage & dispatch

16. Finalizing Charter Party (CP) terms (GENCON, NYPE, etc.)

17. Studying vessel availability and cargo demand

18. Advising management on best chartering opportunities

19. Matching cargo requirements with suitable vessels

20. Voyage estimation (bunkers, port costs, canal dues)

21. Ensuring profitable fixtures

22. Daily coordination with ship owners, brokers, and charterers

23. Handling recap, CP drafting, and fixture confirmation

24. Resolving commercial disputes during voyage

25. Monitoring voyage performance

26. Handling demurrage / dispatch calculations

27. Coordinating with operations team

28. Reviewing NOR, SOF, and laytime statements

29. Knowledge of charter parties

30. Negotiation and communication skills

31. Ability to work under pressure and across time zones

32. Checking overnight emails and fixtures

33. Reviewing vessel positions (open tonnage list)

34. Checking cargo stems / market circulars

35. Scanning freight market reports (Baltic, broker reports, WhatsApp cargo groups)

36. Updating tonnage list

37. Matching open vessels with cargo enquiries

38. Sending cargo offers to brokers/traders

39. Sending vessel positions to market

40. Freight negotiation with charterers/brokers

41. Discussing laycan / rates / terms

42. Voyage estimation (TCE calculation)

43. Reviewing CP terms (GENCON, NYPE, amended clauses)

44. Internal coordination with operations & management.

45. Any other job assigned by the reporting authority or management.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 6 months - 2 years of experience.
