Key Responsibilities

· Manage shipment bookings, prepare dispatch documents like tax invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills and verify transport bills.

· Monitor shipments in transit, proactively address delays, and provide status updates

· Communicate with transport providers, couriers, and clients to ensure smooth pickups and deliveries.

· Maintain accurate logs, update dispatch software, and generate daily and weekly reports.

· Assist in securing packages, verifying stock, and ensuring zero quality or packing complaints before dispatch

Required Skills and Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in any stream

· 0-2 yrs experience in e-commerce industry, dispatch or warehouse

· Advanced MS Excel skills including V-lookup and pivot tables

· Strong multitasking, problem-solving, and prioritize tasks abilities under tight deadlines

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt quickly to scheduling changes
