Roles and responsibility

 Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules as per delivery commitments.

 Prepare dispatch documents such as:

 Preparation of E-way bill, delivery challan and coordination with accounts department for Invoice preparation.

 Coordinate with transporters for vehicle arrangement and dispatch planning.

 Ensure correct packing, labelling, and quantity verification before dispatch.

 Monitor loading of materials and ensure safe handling practices.

 Track dispatched shipments and update status to concerned departments/customers.

 Maintain dispatch records and logs.

 Ensure compliance with customer requirements and statutory regulations.

 assist in receiving, unloading, and verification of incoming materials.

 Maintain stock records (manual/ERP) accurately.

 Support inventory control activities including:

 Stock counting / cycle count

 Ensure proper storage and preservation of materials.

 Follow FIFO / FEFO practices where applicable.

 Issue materials to production as per requisition.

 Maintain cleanliness and organization of the stores area.
