Key Responsibilities
Order Processing: Review daily pending orders and prepare the dispatch schedule based on priority and destination.
Documentation: Generate and verify essential shipping documents, including Invoices, Packing Lists, Delivery Challans, and E-Way Bills.
Inventory Coordination: Work closely with the warehouse team to ensure stock availability before committing to dispatch timelines.
Logistics Liaison: Coordinate with third-party logistics (3PL) providers and local transporters to schedule pickups and track shipments.
Quality Control: Conduct final checks on packaging to ensure goods are secure and labeled correctly (fragile stickers, addresses, etc.).
Reporting: Maintain a daily dispatch log and provide regular updates on shipment statuses and any potential delays to the sales/customer service team.
