Job Summary

We are looking for a Dispatch Executive to manage the day-to-day dispatch operations, ensuring materials are properly packed, documented, and delivered to customers or project sites on time. The candidate will coordinate with production, stores, logistics, purchase, and project teams to ensure smooth dispatch activities.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and process dispatch orders, delivery challans, invoices, and other required documents.

• Coordinate with the Stores/Warehouse and Production teams for material readiness.

• Plan and schedule dispatches based on project/customer requirements.

• Coordinate with transporters and drivers for vehicle arrangements.

• Verify material quantity and specifications before dispatch.

• Ensure proper packing and loading of materials to avoid damage during transportation.

• Maintain accurate dispatch records and stock movement details.

• Track dispatched materials and provide delivery status updates.

• Coordinate with customers/project teams regarding delivery schedules.

• Handle transport-related issues and ensure timely delivery.

• Maintain proper documentation for all inward and outward materials.

• Update dispatch details in ERP/Excel/CRM systems.

• Prepare daily/weekly dispatch reports for management.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures and safety requirements.

Required Skills

• Good knowledge of dispatch, logistics, warehouse, and inventory processes.

• Good working knowledge of MS Excel.

• Experience with ERP/software systems will be an advantage.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Ability to manage multiple dispatches simultaneously.

• Good documentation and record-keeping skills.

• Ability to coordinate effectively with drivers, transporters, customers, and internal teams.
  

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 1 - 6+ years Experience.
