We are looking for a Dispatch Executive to join our team at at River Engineering Private Limited. This role involves managing storage, inventory, and distribution in the warehouse. You will be closely working with the supply chain team and ensure that goods are stored and dispatched efficiently. This position offers ₹20,000 - ₹35,000 with growth opportunities.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and generate E-Way Bills for outgoing shipments as per GST regulations.
Coordinate with warehouse and logistics team for timely dispatch of materials.
Verify dispatch documents like Invoice, Delivery Challan, Packing List, etc.
Maintain and track GRN (Goods Receipt Note) entries for inward materials.
Ensure proper documentation for both inward and outward movement of goods.
Monitor dispatch schedules and ensure on-time delivery to customers.
Handle transporter coordination and resolve shipment-related issues.
Maintain dispatch records and update data in ERP/SAP system.
Ensure compliance with statutory and company policies.
Support audits by maintaining proper documentation and records.
Required Skills:
Knowledge of GST, E-Way Bill generation, and documentation
Familiarity with ERP/SAP systems
Good coordination and communication skills
Basic knowledge of logistics and supply chain processes
Attention to detail and documentation accuracy
Qualification:
Graduate (B. Com / BBA / Any discipline)
Relevant experience in dispatch/logistics preferred
