📢 Urgent Requirement – Plant Supervisor
📍 Location: Makarpura, Vadodara (Truder Packaging)
🏢 Industry: Manufacturing / Packaging

🔹 Position:

Plant Supervisor

🎓 Qualification:

Diploma / Graduate (Technical background preferred)

👨‍💼 Experience:

1 to 2 Years in Manufacturing / Packaging Industry

🔹 Key Responsibilities:

✔ Production Supervision:

• Monitor and supervise daily shop floor activities
• Ensure production targets are achieved as per planning
• Maintain quality standards and minimize wastage / rejections
• Coordinate with machine operators and workers
• Ensure proper utilization of manpower and machinery

✔ Administrative Responsibilities:

• Handle basic plant-level administration
• Maintain attendance, shift planning & manpower allocation
• Ensure proper documentation and daily reporting
• Support HR in implementing company policies and discipline

✔ Coordination & Reporting:

• Coordinate with Maintenance, Quality & Stores departments
• Prepare and submit daily production reports
• Report operational issues or deviations promptly

✔ Compliance & Safety:

• Ensure adherence to safety norms and company policies
• Maintain discipline and cleanliness on shop floor
• Support implementation of 5S and best practices

🔹 Required Skills:

✔ Leadership & team handling ability
✔ Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, reporting)
✔ Good communication & coordination skills
✔ Problem-solving & decision-making ability
✔ Ability to work in shifts and handle pressure

🔹 Candidate Preference:

✔ Experience in Packaging / Printing Industry preferred
✔ Local candidates from Makarpura / Vadodara preferred
✔ Immediate joiners preferred
