A Dispatch Executive manages the end-to-end logistics process, ensuring the accurate and timely dispatch of goods, vehicles, or services. They coordinate with warehouse staff, carriers, and customers, handle documentation (invoices, bills of lading), monitor inventory, and resolve delivery issues. They often utilize dispatch management software to track shipments.
