Job description:
Core Responsibilities
Logistics Coordination: Scheduling, tracking, and coordinating shipments with transporters to ensure on-time delivery.
Documentation & Accuracy: Preparing, checking, and verifying all dispatch paperwork, including bills of lading, invoices, and packing lists.
Inventory & Stock Management: Monitoring stock levels, conducting inventories, and ensuring proper packaging to prevent damages.
Communication: Acting as a point of contact for customers, providing shipment status updates, and resolving inquiries regarding delays or discrepancies.
Compliance & Reporting: Enforcing company safety policies, maintaining accurate records, and generating MIS reports on logistics performance.
