Dispatch Management
- Plan and execute daily dispatch activities as per delivery schedules.
- Ensure accurate packing, labeling, and loading of goods.
Documentation
- Prepare dispatch documents such as invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and transport documents.
- Maintain proper dispatch records and reports.
Coordination
- Coordinate with store, production, and sales departments to ensure smooth dispatch operations.
- Communicate with transporters and logistics partners for shipment scheduling.
Inventory Support
- Verify materials and quantities before dispatch.
- Assist in stock management and inventory control.
Logistics Monitoring
- Track shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers.
- Handle dispatch-related issues and follow up with transporters.
System & Reporting
- Update dispatch details in ERP / Excel systems.
- Prepare daily or weekly dispatch reports.

Required Skills:

Knowledge of dispatch and logistics operations
Experience with ERP systems / Excel
Good coordination and communication skills
Understanding of transport documentation and e-way bill process
