Job Summary:

The Dispatch Executive is responsible for managing and coordinating the dispatch of goods to customers, ensuring timely delivery, accurate documentation, and proper coordination with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and manage daily dispatch activities.

• Ensure accurate packing, labeling, and loading of materials.

• Prepare dispatch documents such as Invoice, E-way Bill, Delivery Challan, LR Copy, etc.

• Coordinate with transporters for timely pickup and delivery.

• Track shipments and update customers/sales team regarding dispatch status.

• Maintain dispatch records and update ERP/system regularly.

• Ensure proper documentation and filing of transport records.

• Handle courier dispatch and follow up for POD (Proof of Delivery).

• Coordinate with store team for material availability.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Maintain discipline, safety, and organization in the dispatch area.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate or relevant qualification.

• 1–3 years of experience in dispatch/store operations.

• Knowledge of ERP software and MS Excel.

• Good communication and coordination skills.

• Basic knowledge of GST documentation and E-way bill generation.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
