Position Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Dispatch Supervisor to oversee daily dispatch operations and ensure the timely and accurate delivery of products. The ideal candidate will be responsible for coordinating dispatch activities, managing transportation, maintaining dispatch documentation, and ensuring compliance with company SOPs while optimizing operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise day-to-day dispatch operations to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.

• Plan and coordinate vehicle loading, route allocation, and dispatch schedules.

• Ensure all customer orders are dispatched as per delivery timelines.

• Coordinate with warehouse, production, and logistics teams for smooth order fulfillment.

• Monitor vehicle availability and coordinate with transporters for efficient dispatch planning.

• Verify dispatch documents, invoices, delivery challans, e-way bills, and transport records.

• Track dispatched shipments and ensure timely delivery to customers.

• Resolve dispatch-related issues, delays, and customer concerns in coordination with relevant teams.

• Maintain dispatch records, daily reports, and MIS.

• Monitor inventory movement during dispatch and ensure stock accuracy.

• Ensure compliance with safety standards, company SOPs, and food safety guidelines.

• Supervise loading and unloading activities to prevent product damage.

• Train and guide dispatch staff to improve operational efficiency.

• Identify opportunities for process improvement, cost optimization, and reduction of delivery delays.

• It is a Full Time గిడ్డంగి / లాజిస్టిక్స్ job for candidates with 6 months - 3 years of experience.
