Job Summary

M J C Coater pvt ltd is seeking a responsible and detail-oriented Logistics & Dispatch Executive to handle inbound and outbound material movement. The role includes unloading incoming materials, verifying quantity and length, preparing dispatch documents, generating challans, coordinating dispatch activities, and maintaining accurate inventory and dispatch records.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and assist in the unloading of incoming materials.

• Verify the quantity, length, quality, and specifications of received materials against purchase orders and delivery documents.

• Report any shortages, excess quantities, or damaged materials to the concerned department.

• Ensure proper storage and identification of received materials.

• Check and verify the quantity and length of materials before dispatch.

• Prepare delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills (if applicable), and other dispatch documentation.

• Coordinate with the production, warehouse, and sales teams for timely dispatch.

• Ensure the correct materials are packed, loaded, and dispatched as per customer requirements.

• Supervise loading activities to prevent damage and ensure accurate dispatch.

• Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement, shipment scheduling, and dispatch tracking.

• Maintain records of inward and outward material movement.

• Update stock movement and dispatch details in registers or ERP/software.

• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety guidelines, and housekeeping standards in the logistics area.
