Dispatch Executive

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and manage daily dispatch activities to ensure smooth and timely deliveries.

• Prepare and verify dispatch documents including invoices, e-way bills, delivery challans, packing lists, and transporter documents.

• Maintain dispatch records, MIS reports, and data management using Microsoft Excel.

• Update dispatch status in ERP/Excel and ensure accurate record keeping.

• Coordinate with production, stores, logistics teams, transporters, and customers for timely shipment execution.

• Track shipments and provide regular delivery updates to customers and internal teams.

• Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly dispatch reports with proper analysis.

• Ensure all dispatch documentation is complete, accurate, and error-free.

• Handle billing-related activities and maintain proper documentation.

• Utilize knowledge of India map for route planning and transportation coordination.

• Apply strong calculation skills for quantity, billing, and dispatch-related requirements.

• Draft professional emails and communicate effectively with customers, transporters, and team members.

• Perform other operational and back-office tasks as assigned.

Required Skills:

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel (MIS, reports, data handling)

• Billing and documentation knowledge

• Good geographical knowledge of India

• Strong analytical and calculation skills

• Good communication skills in English and Hindi

• Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks efficiently
