Dispatch Executive

Job Title: Dispatch Executive- Hindi speaking Mandatory

Wages: 20k to 25k

Role Summary:

The Dispatch Executive is responsible for managing dispatch operations, ensuring timely delivery of materials and returnable packaging to customers while maintaining accurate documentation and coordination with warehouse and logistics teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and execute daily dispatches based on customer orders and inventory availability.

• Coordinate with the warehouse team for material picking, packing, and loading.

• Prepare delivery challans, e-way bills, and maintain dispatch records.

• Coordinate with transporters for vehicle placement and shipment tracking.

• Ensure proper handling and tracking of returnable packaging materials.

• Monitor dispatch status and resolve delays in coordination with internal teams.

Qualifications:

• Graduate in any discipline (Supply Chain / Logistics preferred).

• 2–4 years of experience in dispatch, warehouse, or logistics operations.

Skills:

• Dispatch planning and documentation

• Logistics coordination

• Inventory and packaging tracking

• Basic ERP / Excel knowledge

• Good communication and coordination skills.
