Plan and manage daily dispatch activities.
Prepare dispatch documents (Invoice, E-way Bill, Challan, etc.).
Coordinate with transporters for timely shipment.
Maintain dispatch records and inventory updates.
Ensure proper packaging and loading of materials.
Track shipments and resolve delivery issues.
Maintain communication with clients regarding dispatch status.
Basic knowledge of Excel for reporting and data entry.
Knowledge of inventory and store management.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, billing software).
Good communication skills.
Attention to detail and time management.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
