Job Title: Dispatch cum Payment Coordinator

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹28,000 per month (based on experience & skill set)

Working Days & Hours: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM – 6:00 PM

Work Type: On-site, NSP Delhi Office

Job Summary

AVS Packaging Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced, detail-oriented Dispatch cum Payment Coordinator to manage dispatch operations and client payment tracking. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling dispatch documentation, stock entry, payment follow-ups, Dispatch reports, and coordination between production, logistics, and sales teams.

Key Responsibilities

Handle payment follow-ups, monitoring, and reporting for clients.

Manage order handling and dispatch scheduling as per client and production timelines.

Verify and record inward and outward stock entries before dispatch.

Maintain accurate dispatch records (client-wise and order-wise).

Coordinate regularly with production and logistics teams for smooth dispatch flow.

Track orders and update related stakeholders in real time.

Prepare daily / weekly / monthly MIS reports for dispatch and payments.

Maintain proper documentation and filing for audits and internal checks.

Monitor client account status and communicate discrepancies for timely closure.

Maintain SKU-wise data and design/order details when required.

Required Skills & Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant experience in dispatch management / stock handling / payment coordination.

Prior experience in the manufacturing / packaging sector is strongly preferred.

Proficiency in MS Excel, Advanced Excel, MS Word, Google Sheets.

Knowledge of Tally or ERP software will be an advantage.

Strong understanding of stock & dispatch processes and documentation flow.

Good communication and coordination skills across departments.
