The Dispatch Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and monitoring the dispatch of finished goods to customers in a timely and accurate manner. The role ensures proper documentation, inventory coordination, transportation management, and compliance with company procedures to achieve on-time deliveries.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute daily dispatch schedules as per customer orders.
Coordinate with the production, warehouse, and sales teams to ensure timely availability of finished goods.
Prepare dispatch documents such as delivery challans, invoices, e-way bills, packing lists, and transport documents.
Arrange vehicles and coordinate with transporters for timely deliveries.
Ensure proper packing, labeling, and loading of materials.
Verify quantities and product specifications before dispatch.
Update dispatch records in ERP/software and maintain accurate documentation.
Track shipments and provide delivery status updates to customers and internal teams.
Resolve dispatch-related issues, delays, and customer complaints promptly.
Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and statutory regulations.
Maintain coordination with stores and inventory teams to ensure stock accuracy.
