We are looking for a responsible and organized person to manage and coordinate the B2B order dispatch process.
Key Responsibilities:
Coordinate with the B2B Sales Team for daily orders
Prepare and manage daily dispatch plans
Coordinate with the Warehouse Team for timely order processing and dispatch
Track all B2B orders from order confirmation to final dispatch
Maintain daily dispatch and pending order records
Follow up on pending/ delayed dispatches
Ensure correct quantity and order details are communicated to the warehouse
Share regular dispatch updates with the B2B team
Maintain proper tracking of dispatched and pending orders
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in Dispatch / Order Processing / Sales Coordination / Operations preferred
Freshers with good communication and coordination skills can also apply
Basic Excel / Google Sheets knowledge
Good follow-up and communication skills
Ability to coordinate with multiple teams
Organized, responsible and detail-oriented
Preferred: Experience in B2B / Distribution / Manufacturing / Electronics / Hardware / Automobile industry will be an advantage.
