Dispatch Executive

We are looking for a Dispatch Executive to join our team at Green Orchard & Decor. This role involves managing storage, distribution, inventory, and items in a warehouse. You will work as an important part of the supply chain department. The position offers ₹ 16,000 - ₹ 20,000 and opportunities for career growth. Depending on education level and responsibilities taken, salary can be increased.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage goods and keep record of stocks and storage.
• Oversee loading of material handlers with handling/transporting of materials.
• Identify and dispatch correct goods in the warehouse.
• Ensure proper storage of items in the warehouse.
• Ensure that labels for goods are updated accurately and that all goods and properties are stored in the correct location.
• Ensure that all godown delivery challans are printed and then loading is done as per delivery challan.
• Must be very proficient at simple mathematics to be able to make sales quotations. (Simple multiplication , addition, subtraction, division)
• Must be alert while supervising loading / unloading of materials due to the variety and different types of material store in same warehouse.

Job Requirements:

The minimum qualification for this role is Diploma and 0 - 6 years of experience. Strong organizational skills, time-management, people management/ deployment is required. Tally delivery challan printing and sales quotations calculation training will be given in detail.
