Job Description – Dispatch Executive

Position Details
Position Title: Dispatch Executive
Department: Despatch
Reporting To: (Floor In-charge) / Director
Location: BSWPL Plant, Jaipur
Level: Level–1

Purpose of the Position
To handle dispatch planning, documentation, and vehicle loading as per customer delivery schedule ensuring accuracy and safety.

Personal Profile

Education: Graduate / ITI / Diploma in logistics and operations
Experience: 1–2 years in dispatch or warehouse operations
Skills & Competencies:

·         Knowledge of dispatch documents, e-way bills, Invoice, Packing Slip

·         Coordination with transporters and customers

·         Good communication and documentation discipline

Key Responsibilities & Measures

·         Prepare daily dispatch plan as per production and customer priority.

·         Coordinate with PPC, store, and quality for ready material.

·         Arrange transport and prepare dispatch documents.

·         Ensure correct material quantity, packing, and loading.

·         Maintain dispatch register and vehicle details.

·         Track dispatch status and share updates with sales.

·         Follow 5S and safety while loading/unloading.
