Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, and oversee daily dispatch activities.

• Coordinate with warehouse, procurement, and project teams to ensure timely delivery of materials.

• Prepare and verify dispatch documents, including invoices, delivery challans, and transport records.

• Track shipments and ensure adherence to delivery schedules.

• Communicate with transporters and vendors to resolve dispatch-related issues.

• Maintain accurate logs and records of dispatched goods.

• Ensure compliance with company policies and safety regulations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.

• Proven experience in dispatch, logistics, or supply chain operations preferred.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficiency in MS Office and basic inventory/logistics software.

• Good communication and coordination abilities.

• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
